Francis’s Burson V6 Opamp with ASUS Xonar Essence STX

Published on

Post Info

In Comparison with stock LM4562 & JRC2114D Highs: It was better and every pin drop detail was there not sibilant enough and tamed. There were sounds from my audio library that i was accustomed to listen to that wasn’t there before instantly popped up. Mids: Thicker mids for male vocals, soft and tamed mids for female vocals, forward mids. Warmer than ever. Lows: Bass become rounded, attack is softer and balanced not overpowering just the right amount. Soundstage: Somehow the accompaniment is forward then the vocals is somehow in the back. Cons: Lower output volume than stock. You need to crank up to enjoy 😉
