V6 discrete audio opamp customer feedback
I neede to remove the plastic cover in order to fit them in the socket, but it worthed: now I can listen to some details that were missing with the stock opamps. I am really satisfied with my purchase.

Initial impressions are the presentation is more open and clean across the frequency spectrum. The slight change in mid focus from lower to higher range, but overall more detailed. V6 Classic dual x 2… Intend to experiment with it sometime in the future.
Percussion significantly improvement in details.

Replaced the LME49720 in the headphone amplifier. (V6 Vivid) Brilliant open sound, deeper space and fantastic resolution.
I’m impressed about everything when I changed standard OPA2134PA in CoctailX45 to V6 classic – the sound is more analogue than I expected – great job guys!
Replaced the NE5532 in the headphone amplifier. Not an immediate difference noticeable to be honest but after several times swapping back and forth over a range of acoustic and classical tracks there is perhaps a perceptible if very subtle warmth to the V6 Classic. Listening done on Grado RS2e headphones.

I put two V6 into my diy Combo384+9038q2m dac, and assemble it as a super portable DAC（size under 80*40*40mm）. The sound is great and every part is organized perfect.

Have rolled many Opamps through this Sony. None can hold a candle to the Burson V6.
Singer is less loud/focus. All background instruments are vivid! Full of detail
