Burson Playmate 2, Grado SR325e

Playmate 2 with the new V7 Op amps is really good. A simple (and cheap) way to improve the sound is to use a better USB-C cable, I used a Cable Matters 40gbps USB-C cable, the improvement is very noticeable.

Matching notes: At 32 Ω and 99.8 dB/mW, the SR325e is a low-impedance load: about 0.58 V (10 mW, 18 mA) for 110 dB SPL (calc.). Burson rates the Playmate 2 at 2.5 W (SE) into 32 Ω, which is about 8.9 V RMS (calc.), roughly 24 dB more than that.
