An awesome small amp that is great for headphones and sufficient for a desktop setup.
I love the way that opamps are swappable as this gives options.
I have also bought the 5A POWER supply upgrade.
Only one issue – when turning OFF the speakers POP, there should be a dampener built in.
The System
Listening with
- Impedance: 8 Ω (minimum 3.7 Ω)
- Sensitivity: 86 dB (2.83 V / 1 m)
- Frequency response: 51 Hz – 28 kHz (±3 dB); 47 Hz (-6 dB)
- Recommended amplifier power: 10 – 100 W
- Other: max output 108 dB; 5.6 kg; crossover 2.5 kHz
Matching notes: The KEF Q150 is rated at 86 dB (2.83 V / 1 m) into 8 Ω nominal (3.7 Ω minimum). Burson rates the Funk at 35 W into 8 Ω and 45 W into 4 Ω. At that rating the speaker would reach about 101 dB SPL at 1 m (calc., one speaker, before room gain). KEF recommends 10 – 100 W amplifiers. [1] [2] [3] [4]

- Output impedance: <2 Ω (headphone)
- Gain: not published
- Inputs: RCA L/R
- Input impedance: 38 kΩ
- Outputs: headphone (SE); speaker terminals
- Other: Model P-300; THD <0.03%; FR ±1 dB 0-35 kHz; speaker S/N 92.5 dB
- Other: 24 V / 5 A; noise floor <1 µV; 2.5 mm barrel plug, centre positive

Specs from manufacturer data unless a source below says otherwise. “calc.” values are worked out from those figures (V = √(P × R); 110 dB SPL used as a loud reference level). Gear listed without specs is not in our spec library yet.
