My experience has been both not so good and very good. Let me explain: first, I bought a second-hand Conductor 3, which broke down unexpectedly after six months. I therefore contacted your support team, who responded very quickly, effectively and politely, offering me some good alternative solutions.
I ended up buying the Soloist Stellar (deluxe) to replace the Conductor 3, and I’m very happy with that purchase. The system works very well together and the sound has improved significantly compared to the Conductor 3.
In my opinion, the Stellar has also improved some important aspects of operation that were annoying on the Conductor, such as the volume control and the large difference in volume in Preamp mode when adjusting the gain. My only ‘complaint’, so to speak, with the Stellar is that when it is quiet, you can hear the fan from a distance of about 1 metre.
