I LOVE the sound profile! I have owned many head phone amps. I have yet to find one with such a wide yet detailed soundstage, but a touch warm where it needs to be. I can listen to my Burson for hours on end without fatigue.

Just tested my C3R against my ifi xcan and you can hear the difference! The xcan has a litlle more bass slam but is wooly. The Burson has way more detail, width and clean head room. Listening to TOOLs tempest through the Clear Pros is amazing!

Had a great experience with the product and customer service. The Conductor 3XR is fantastic but has a slight hiss with my MDR-Z1R. I am going to buy an upgrade USB cable and see if that helps.. otherwise, I’m really happy with my purchase.

So far been really good coming from a Schiit Bifrost 2 and Jotunheim 2. Primarily using this for gaming, then web browsing, and lastly music. Audio has been much better coming from motherboard audio not too long ago.

After careful selection and listening decided to go for the Conductor 3XR. At the moment only a cd player is connected, but next buy will be a good streaming device. Gotta save some money first, but current setup is infinitely better than the headphone amp in my amplifier.
