V5i feels more of a V-shaped sound in my setup, it is laid back and not fatiguing in any way. Separation is good, and it fits perfectly for anyone looking for a laid back, relaxed and V-shaped presentation.

Maybe you should consider better wrapping of the package. There was a hole in the wrapping so the product might have fallen out during the transportation. But it did not not this time. The opamp works with no problem, fitted well and sounds great

After installation in the DAC Aune X8, high detail and transparency of sound appeared. The original Burson sound has appeared. Combined with the Beyerdynamic DT 770, the sound is overly bright and slightly lacking in softness.
