Burson V6 vivid dual in place of Buson V5i in lp filter has made a significant improvement in overall sound. It became more realistic, airy, dynamic, detailed…larger soundstage, namely deeper. Woth Bursons V5 in iv conversion stage player sounds fantastic.

Fitted the V6 Vivid opamps to Asus STX 2 7.1 channel pcie sound card in a HTPC attached to 4 tube amps giving a full 7.1 channel tube surround sound.

Great sound!
I have installed 3 V6 Vivid Dual Op Amp in my Asus STX II. The Sound Color is wonderful both at highs, depths and basses. I have not regretted the purchase.
I was very impressed with the details, transparency and dynamics of the V5 (single and dual) which I installed in my EE Minimax Dac in Dec 2016. Now, with the V6 Classic, I’m experiencing, on top of the qualities of V5, better bass and greater palpability (in vocals).
It replaced the input / output-buffer in the HeDo Pre. Original there where OPA2604 / NE5534 replaced with OPA627BP (double) / OPA627SM, replaced with V5 double / single. One of the single V5 break down so i replace the V5 with V6. V5 stays as input buffer (XLR) and V6 i use as input / […]
