That insight led to the Burson V7 Vivid Air. Consuming only half the power of the V7 Vivid Pro while retaining its unmistakably vivid sonic character, the V7 Vivid Air delivers a dramatic upgrade over standard IC op-amps. It is ideal for upgrading multi-channel audio equipment, including car amplifiers, recording consoles, computer sound cards, portable DACs, headphone amplifiers, and battery-powered compact devices.
Engineered in Layers
The V7 Vivid Air op-amp adopts the same uncompromising design philosophy as the V7 Vivid Pro, using a precision-engineered multi-layer PCB structure. This design separates the signal path, grounding, and shielding into dedicated layers, creating the ideal foundation for high-performance analog amplification.
Although more complex to produce, this layered PCB design keeps the V7 Vivid Air compact while preserving a short, optimized signal path. It also improves protection against airborne interference, helping the V7 Vivid Air deliver the clarity, precision, and vivid musical energy that define the Burson V7 series.
The Max Airflow Case
With half the power consumption of the V7 Vivid Pro, the V7 Vivid Air does not need the heatsink of the V7 Vivid Pro. Instead, it features our brand-new Max Airflow Case, designed to improve ventilation while protecting the precision circuitry inside.
This lighter, smarter structure allows heat to dissipate naturally, keeping performance stable and the Vivid sound alive across more audio systems than ever.
